Practice history
We are a 5-Partner dispensing Practice working from two main surgeries, at Ladymead Lane, Churchill and Station Road, Wrington.
Throughout its history the Practice has kept abreast of advances in medical knowledge to give the people of Churchill, Wrington & all the local villages the best possible health care available.
Premises
Both Surgeries were purpose built and have car parking facilities and facilities for disabled patients.

Patient Services
We provide a comprehensive range of services to our patients in a friendly and efficient setting at both Surgeries. These include:
Routine surgeries by appointment and home visiting
Treatment of minor injuries
Minor surgery
Dietary advice offered by a visitiing Dietitian
Travel advice and immunisation including yellow fever
Health promotion
Chronic disease management programmes including asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), diabetes, coronary heart disease, stroke and hypertension
Counselling offered by our Practice Counsellor, Sally Walters
Family planning, including fitting of coils (IUCDs)
Maternity care offered by a visting midwife and her team
Child health surveillance
